Organization Structure

The Organisation Structure below displays the formal and informal framework of policies and rules, within which INCLEN Trust has arranged its lines of authority and communications, and has allocated various rights and duties. This Organizational structure determines the manner and extent to which roles and responsibilities are delegated, controlled, and coordinated, and how information flows between the various levels of management. This structure has originated from INCLEN’s objectives and the strategy chosen to achieve them.
